The Arizona Chapter returned to the Pima Air & Space Museum on July 27 for the museum’s Night Wings summer program hosted twice a year. Again located next to the Cobra, the Arizona Chapter booth, led by Mr. Clayton Brown, featured lively hands-on demonstrations of vertical flight technology and explanations that were enjoyed by the VFS representatives, children and parents alike. Over 200 adults and children visited this event. Supporting this effort is just part of a larger STEM initiative the local AZ Chapter participates in on a yearly basis. A big thank you to all who make these VFS STEM-related events possible!
